Herbal Supplements I Recommend:
Turmeric/Piperine 500 mg (starting dose): this is the dose I recommend starting with. Many of my patients have found relief at 1,000 mg or even 2,000 mg a day as needed, but start at 500 mg to see how your body reacts.
